Questions
Frequently asked questions
A few of the things families ask us most. Don’t see your question? Just reach out.
What’s the difference between assisted living and memory care?
Assisted living supports older adults who need a hand with daily activities — bathing, dressing, medications — while staying largely independent. Memory care is a secure, specialized neighborhood for residents living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, with dementia-trained staff and programming built around safety and calm.
How much does it cost, and what’s included?
Pricing depends on the apartment and the level of care each resident needs. Our monthly rate bundles housing, chef-prepared meals, housekeeping and laundry, activities, transportation, and 24/7 nursing — with no surprise add-ons for the essentials. Reach out and we’ll walk you through a personalized estimate.
Can we schedule a tour, and when?
Absolutely — tours are available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call us or request a tour online and we’ll find a time that works for your family, including evenings and weekends by appointment.
Is nursing staff available around the clock?
Yes. A licensed nurse and trained care team are on-site 24 hours a day, every day, and every apartment has an emergency call system for immediate response.
What happens if my loved one’s care needs change over time?
Our team reassesses care regularly and adjusts support as needs evolve. Residents can often transition from assisted living to memory care within our community, so families avoid the disruption of moving to a new facility.
Are pets allowed?
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome in many of our apartments, subject to a few commonsense guidelines. Ask us about pet policies during your tour — we love our four-legged residents.
Can residents bring their own furniture?
Please do. We encourage residents to furnish and decorate their apartments with familiar belongings — it’s what turns an apartment into home.
How does the move-in process work?
It starts with a tour and a care assessment, followed by a simple paperwork and planning step. Our team helps coordinate move-in day and checks in often during the first weeks to make sure your loved one is settling in comfortably.
